Trying to install 3.0 on Jetway JBC311U93 NUC.

1.) CD Boots using external USB CD/DVD Combo drive
2.) Enter to install leads to blank blue wallpaper
3.) Blue wallpaper remains even after 30 minutes
4.) No response from any key combinations

Tried the various boot options listed
Tried a HDMI to VGA adapter

Is there a boot command that will help?  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

maybe you have boot in efi mode?
