We're using Endian Community Firewall 3.0 and the whitelist for the SMTP proxy doesn't seem to be working properly. No matter which whitelist I put safe emails in they are still getting blocked. I can't find any other forum posts with similar problems so I have to assume that I've not set something up properly. Does anyone have any ideas what might be common mistakes with SMTP filtering that I may have made?
