Hi,

How do I configure the VPN server DHCP pool range to extend further than /24?
Is Start=192.168.2.1 End=192.168.3.254 allowed?

Which subnet you have on the green zone? if it's a /24 you should extend it and then on OpenVPN you can change the range.
If you need a larger subnet on OpenVPN I would suggest you to use OpenVPN in routed mode
