Most of the times all our employees start downloading and starts viewing streaming which consumes most of the speed from my Internet connection. I was wondering whether there is a way to reduce the speed for certain IP address . So i tried QoS but it made the whole Internet connection to be slow. Can some one guide me in a detailed way ?

Your switches and network nodes are also required to be configured accordingly. If you're using squid i mean proxy in endian firewall you can search on inter to limit traffic per iphone in squid on Google. This will achieve what you want for your network...
