i want permit network any protocol to green interface.

If you active any protocol to green interface (from (!!??) to 24, not have more sense have a firewall Smiley
just going in the firewall menu, port forwing, and here make your setting:
From any ip ( to 24) you must to create a rule
protocol TCP - alias ip default ip - red port 1:65000 - destination ip - destination port 1:65000

in this mode you have open all port from 1 till 65000 who incoming from red port to the local pc with ip where arrived in port from 1 till 65000.

repet this roule from all other ip to
