After Upgrade from 2.2 to 2.3 with restore of an Backup i get the following error when i click on the Quality of Service Menu:

Quote
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /manage/qos/devices.

Reason: Could not connect to remote machine: Connection refused

Is therefor an workaround? Thanks

It seems en entire cgi directory (manage) gets misplaced  during an  upgrade from 2.2.  QOS isn't the only thing affected.  System Event Notifications, Viewing/editing SNORT rules, examining firewall diagrams, and exploring http ad join also are among features that generate an error caused by not being able to GET  /manage/{something}

after a reboot (and disconnect/reconnect of network cables), it all seemed to work fine.  I had initially implemented sarabanjina's fix (http://efwsupport.com/index.php?topic=1013.0) to get the GUI up after loading in the 2.2 backup.  I suspect a /etc/init.d/httpd reload would have cleaned this up,

I definitely will be shaking this around a lot before installing it in the home office's production network, because of the rocky upgrade path.  Ignoring that reservation, however, so far I like what I see with 2.3.
