I have installed the community edition version 2.5.1 under vSphere. How can I install vmware tools?

Hello
I made some search and tried to install the vmare tools and ..
seems in the package linux-headers there are some files missing

Vmware tools doesn t detect the header files

but i didn't find the version used by pwnz 
the most recent version of vmware tools for linux that I find is
VMware-tools-linux-9.0.0-782409

I need vmware linux tools for ESxi 5.1
