Dear Frndz,
            Please Help me i have installed EFW smoothly but i want block .exe, .,.mp4,.avi,.torrent all this extensions
so please help me tell me steps for EFW block downloading Embarrassed

By using the HTTP Proxy.
 Create a DENY access rule on HTTP proxy, then you can select Mimetypes.

Mimetypes are file formats on internet, so you will block audio/video mimetypes:
video/flv
video/x-flv
^audio
^video
audio/.*
video/.*

This blocks all traffic with these mimetypes
