Well, frankly speaking
is there anyway to upgrade apache 2.6 to 2.7 (endian 2.3), i need a zph feature which is only available on 2.7.

The latest Apache version (stable) is 2.2. The latest development version is 2.3.

You may have gotten your versions wrong, or you are looking at the wrong executable.
