hi

i need advise about, how to setting for i can login to cpanel? i hosting our email and website using outsite hosting. the problem is i can't login to our cpanel, it just prompt to key in user name and password only. where should i configure at EFW

cpanel uses other ports I think 8082? you need to put a rule in outgoing firewall module.

Use what you use when you login, I posted 8082 just for the sake of writing . Also I have said I think which imply that I don't know.
