This is educational site. All schools use this site. But endian firewall blocked this site.
and some time shows error  "zero sized reply"

Can you help me.

fyi: I have 2.4.1 configured with transparent proxy and content filter (default settings); this site is not blocked when I attempt to access it.  It appears more likely the site itself or your provider were experiencing issues at the time.

Not all squid pages means blocked sites.
zero sized reply is an error on the site. The site returned a bad reply.
Could be anything, but it isn't a blocked page.
