I want to run two mail server boxes connected to green lan. There will be many domains, web sites running on those boxes. What or How do configure smtp proxy? Because there will be more then one domain running on mail server so what should I enter on SMTP: Local Domains section. By the way these mail servers have an automated system that allows users on internet to register their domains and have their mailboxes .
Thank you

Proxy > SMTP > Domains

Input the domain eg yourdomian.com and then the internal IP address to forward it to in the Internal Mailserver field. For this to work you need to have the SMTP Proxy running and DO NOT port forward port 25, it'll be automatically handled by the SMTP Proxy.
